Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of PaidEarly, an invoice reminder service operated by Synov8 Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up and using PaidEarly, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

PaidEarly sends automated email reminders to your clients about unpaid invoices. You enter invoice details (client name, email, amount, due date) and we send polite reminders on a schedule you configure.

We are a tool. We are not a debt collection agency, a legal service, or accounting software. We do not guarantee payment from your clients.

3. Account Registration

To use PaidEarly, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide a valid email address
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not use the service for illegal purposes

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using PaidEarly, you agree that:

• You have the right to send emails to the client addresses you provide
• Your invoices are for legitimate business purposes
• You will not use the service to send spam, harassment, or misleading communications
• You will comply with all applicable laws, including the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR)
• You are the data controller for any client data you enter

5. Subscriptions and Payments

PaidEarly costs £9/month (plus VAT if applicable). Payment is processed by Stripe.

• 14-day free trial — no charge during the trial period
• After the trial, you will be charged £9/month automatically
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account is deactivated. Your data is deleted within 30 days.

We may terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice. In such cases, no refund will be given.

7. Limitation of Liability

PaidEarly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Failure of emails to reach their destination
• Clients not paying their invoices
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We act as a data processor for the client data you enter (email addresses, names), and you are the data controller for that data.

9. Intellectual Property

The PaidEarly service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Synov8 Studio. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
